KEEP IN MIND :

  1. Below are my terms of service for my designs/adopts as well as some other things! Please read through carefully, if you have any questions you are free to ask

  2. Do not delete my designs off of Toyhou.se at all

  3. Do not delete ANY of my art off Toyhou.se or remove credit

  4. Do not repost any of my art unless you HAVE permission.

  5. Do not guilt trip me to get one of my designs or try to ask others for them after they have received them.

  6. Do not edit my art or repost unless you have my permission. (PLEASE ask)

  7. Do not age up minor characters you get from me to make NSFW art.

  8. Do not immediately trade/resell my designs after receiving them.

  9. Do not resell them for a higher price than you got them for. You may only do so if they have added commission art.

  10. Do not use my designs for awful/harmful situations whether you are joking or not: pedo/proship, hate speech, racists, etc.

  11. You may change any info about them: gender, pronouns, body type, etc.

  12. This does not include whitewashing them/skin tones or age. You can make small design edits/changes to my designs, but do not make them unrecognizable from the original.

  13. You have a 3 week cool down before you can trade/resell a character you received from me. If you wish to back out of your offer at ANY time please let me know! I will not be mad, I promise. I would rather know than be ghosted. Do not make NFTs or A.I. with any of my designs/art.

  14. YOU CANNOT RESELL A CHARACTER TO YOU GOT FOR FREE.

  15. DUE TO MY LIVING CONDITIONS and MY MENTAL HEALTH, TURN AROUND TIMES MAY VARY HEAVILY.

  16. I am in no way a professional. So please, do not hold me to such a standard.

  17. I AM STILL NEW TO HAVING CLIENTS SO I APOLOGIZE FOR HOW UNPROFESSIONAL MY WORK FLOW IS.

  18. I do this as a hobby and it's my only source of income.

  19. I use PAYPAL or KOFI as my payment method. you can ask for my link.

  20. I suffer with mental disorders, which affects my work flow.

  21. due to financial issues, i do not accept refunds so please commission carefully.

  22. Payment can be either upfront or after the sketch. (Depending on living situation)
